These will place Agriculture value chains and the food and beverage industry sector in focus. Across the food and beverage industry, companies face challenges with leadership, safety, contamination, product quality, labeling, packaging, processing, production reliability and regulatory compliance. CVL Masterclass Tool, “Learning to lead by the Philosophy of Pedagogy of the Determined” is designed by Prof Pat Utomi to help organizations navigate through these challenges and become a leader in the sector.
