Invitation To The CVL Leadership Management Training Programme For Emerging Managers.

Prof. Pat Utomi’s Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL) through its Leadership Development Centre, is delighted to invite emerging managers to attend a capacity development programme on “Leadership Management for Emerging Managers- Blueprint for Performance Enhancement”.

This programme was designed as an intervention to address the learning need cited by Associate Professor Linda Hill (Harvard Business School) in her book; “Becoming a Manager: Mastery of a New Identity”. She highlighted the critical need for the systematic guidance of employees transitioning from team member’s status to manager’s position. As such transitions are usually compounded with both internal and external business challenges that would test the mettle of the most seasoned managers let alone a newly promoted one.

· Participants at this course will have the added advantage of participating in a syndicate group mentored by Prof. Pat Utomi.
· Clearly structured training program with interactive sessions on incisive global and sustainable leadership perspectives, which directly impact the bottom line and increase performance.

  1. It’s a good prog that is very timely and would be of great benefit to me and others. However, the cost og registration is on the high side for me. I feel Prof Utomi would be considerate and make it free for pp like me.well that’s living in nig for u. U get what u need if u are rich and live in want and lack if u are poor.
Any way 95K is what some pp in nig buy 1 bottle of perfume with,so let those that can afford to pay attend the prog it would be of help to them.
” One day we too go know oga wey know OGA senetor or governor”as the nig saying goes.
